 The world is a vast ocean submerging us in often conflicting information. But, on board DOUBTCOME.COM's submarine, we give you a periscope to see above the turbulence of the waves and examine a vision of the future.  That future should become one in which intellectual discussion rises above its present low level in a much more transparent world.

 Look at the large global expenditures on defense and military spending, the growth in terrorism and common crime, the inability to listen and comprehend the opinions of others.  There are divisions in the world based on religion, race, technology, politics, and economic strength.  Observe as one example the rift among the major religions, Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. During his historic trip to Syria, Pope John Paul II appealed for peace and cooperation among religious groups, but Syria's Muslim President replied by bitterly condemning Israelis/Jews for their treatment of Palestinians and also cited the Jewish culpability for crucifying Jesus.  Even within the Christian camp, the Pope's trip simply underscored the deep suspicions between the Orthodox and Catholic faiths.  We are very concerned about the need to clear the air and transcend such animosities.
